While it has been strongly rumored, if not confirmed, that WB Montreal has multiple games in the works - with the main rumor being that the studio is also working on a Superman game - any other game will likely be at least a couple of years away and may not be on Xbox One/PS4. Gotham Knights' developer Patrick Redding explains the upcoming game's dynamic open world, and what players can expect from its crime ridden streets. Players will step into the roles of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin, a new guard of trained DC Super Heroes who must rise up as the protectors of Gotham City in the wake of Batman’s death. At the moment, Gotham Knights is the only project in the works at WB Montreal. A: Gotham Knights is a brand-new open-world, third-person action RPG (role-playing-game) featuring the Batman Family. The job description states that it’s a full-time position and the person will be “in charge of planning and driving the Nintendo Certification efforts on our various projects.” WB Montreal wouldn’t be looking to hire someone if it wasn’t considering putting its games on Switch. Montreal has revealed new gameplay footage for its upcoming superhero co-op game, as well as details on which platforms it'll be landing on.

A Gotham Knights release on Nintendo Switch seems to be all but confirmed by the appearance of a new hire being sought at developer WB Montreal, which calls for a Quality Assurance Lead in certification for Nintendo.
